Is the product genuine?
MAKESTAR receives products directly from the manufacturer or the authorized retailer, so we are ensuring that they are 100% genuine.
What about the tariff policy?
For international shipping, tariffs may occur depending on the customs of your country.
Customs duties are payable by the customer who ordered the item.
For more information, please contact customs in your country of residence.
How can I proceed with the refund or exchange?
If a refund/exchange is required, please contact us by ‘1:1 question’ within 7 business days of arrival.
You can exchange it when we have it in stock.
Refunds/exchange due to simple change of mind by purchaser may be subject to processing fees and purchaser will pay additional return shipping charges.
As soon as the refund/exchange application is confirmed, we will notify you of the cost.
If the product is defective, the seller is responsible for the shipping cost.
For refund/exchange, please include the samples and gifts provided at the time of purchase.

How much is the international shipping fee?
International shipping fee depends on country of delivery and parcel weight.
International Shipping Fee Standards:
It is calculated by the expected weight of each product, and the international shipping charges are estimated by entering the address. International shipping charges will be added when you make a payment.

For international shipments, taxes may be levied in accordance with the applicable country's customs law.
Tariffs should be paid by the customer who ordered the product.

How does the international shipping process goes?
International shipping is handled as follows:
International shipping is carried out by shipping companies such as EMS/DHL/K-Packet.
Worldwide Shipping: Once the Seller's items for the entire order have been collected, they can be sent to the relevant International Freight Depot and tracked (the international shipping typically takes 5 to 15 days depending on the carrier).
* Orders may be delayed if the order contains a specific delivery date, such as a pre-order or order made goods. (The last collected item of the order is shipped to the MAKESTAR Logistics Center before international delivery begins.)
Tracking
You can check the shipping status online.
Click My Page > Payment Details > Order Details and check the shipping status of your order.
Or click on 'Order No.' in the Order Details to go to the shipping information page.
Click on the invoice number at the bottom of the shipping information for further delivery status.
Order Status
"Processing"
If you place an order in the MAKESTAR Shop and the payment is approved, the status of the order will appear as "Processing". Once ordered, it will be sent to the seller for processing and packaging for delivery. It will take 2 to 5 business days to process your order and prepare for delivery.
"Shipping"
When an order leaves the warehouse of the MAKESTAR Shop, the status of the order is displayed as "Shipping". We check and calculate weight at warehouse and send parcels internationally within 1 to 2 business days.
"Delivery completed"
Your order is delivered.
Why is it delayed?
The MAKESTAR Shop is always trying to deliver as quickly as possible, but the reasons behind the delay are as follows:
1. Delay in Seller's Shipping due to inventory problem / Delay in Seller's Domestic Shipping / Delay due to Seller's Vacation, etc.
2. Delay due to domestic shipping company (weather, overwhelming number of deliveries, etc.)
3. If an item cannot be identified or lost or international shipping cannot be carried out due to the payment of additional shipping charges in the warehouse
4. Customs inspection

What payment methods are available?

3. Alipay
- Alipay : Available on the MAKESTAR Shop English and Chinese pages.
I'd like to change the payment method after purchasing.
When payment is complete, you cannot change the payment method.
To change the payment method before shipping, you must cancel the order and request a new purchase.
Cancellation can only be available in the ' Processing' status.
I'd like to pay by PayPal.
PayPal is one of the payment methods.
If you do not have a foreign credit card, you can process the payment by PayPal.
Register your account at www.paypal.com and you can use PayPal in MAKESTAR Shop.
