1. Is the product genuine?

2. Please explain the status of the order.

"Order completed" If you place an order from MAKESTAR Shopping and your payment is approved, your order status will be displayed as "Order Completed". Since the order has not been prepared for delivery, you can cancel the order directly from the payment details screen. "Preparing for delivery" When the seller checks the order details and requests delivery, "Preparing for delivery" is displayed. It takes 2 to 5 business days to send the product to the MAKESTAR shipping center., "Delivery in progress" Once the item has been shipped from the MAKESTAR shipping center, the order status will be displayed as "Delivery In Progress". International shipping will begin within 1-2 business days of receiving the product from the seller.
