◆ Caution for Event Application
*As for foreign residents and proxy applicants, please include the country code of contact information (e-mail, phone number) with you rather than the shipping agent or proxy applicant's (or other's) contact information. We shall not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by other contact information.
1. Please make sure to fill out in the order information with the real name of the applicant and the email address of the applicant. (For foreigners, write it in English based on passport and include the country code in the contact information.)
2. Please note in advance that this event will be submitted based on the your Event application information(applicant name/mobile phone number/messenger&ID) you entered when you order, not on member information. (Foreigners should apply under the English name on their passports.)
3. Only the winner can participate in the Meet & Call signing event. You cannot change the contact information or information after applying. 4. When entering applicant's information, please enter information for one person per order. If more than one person's information enters, only one person can be selected and accepted. The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying these precautions.

◆ Precautions during the Meet & Call
1. The event will be conducted with the Meet & Call channel ID in the information you provided. (Messenger and ID cannot be changed after applying)
2. The artist and winners will have a Meet & Call event, and the Meet & Call will end after the appointed time .
3. We will send you a message confirming the event 1 day before the event and on the day of the event. Please make sure to reply to the request message for checking information and adding friend.
4. If we try to connect more than twice in your order during the Meet & Call, we will contact once more in the last order. If you are not connected to the additional contact, you will not be able to participate in the event.
5. When the winner does not terminate the Meet & Call himself/herself, it may be forcefully terminated by the staff.
6. Please refrain from asking personal questions and asking too much to the artist during the event. In the event of abusive language, criticism and inappropriate behavior, the call connection may be forcibly terminated by the on-site staff's judgment.
7. Please refrain from sending or inquiring to the host for a smooth event progress. (Participation in the event is restricted if you call us or send inquires)
8. The identification process may be carried out before the event begins. Please prepare your ID card in advance when you participate in the event.
* It cannot be verified by any other ID cards than the ID card below, and can only be verified by a physical ID with a photo attached. (NO photos, scan images, etc.)

9. Only the winner can participate in this event, and if we are connected to someone other than you, or if two or more other than you participate, you may be forced to terminate the call.
10. The name on the album is based on the name of the StarMaker name you wrote when you purchased it. (KOR/ENG available only, within 5 characters in Korean, within 10 characters in English) If the starmaker name is not suitable for signing, we can request a change. And please note that despite the artists write your names based on the StarMaker name or the Meet & Call conversation with the winner there may be cases where artists write different names with the correct StarMaker name.
11. It won't be applied even if you request modifiers, pictures, symbols, p.s., etc. using parentheses or the way you fill out requests when entering your StarMaker name. You cannot add or modify your StarMaker name after the end of the sale, and if you write your StarMaker name in a way other than the standard, it can be randomly registered based on the real name of the applicant according to the on-site judgement.
12. You cannot specify the version of the CD to be signed, and it will be selected randomly.
◆Precautions for all purchasers
– The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying the following precautions.
1. Products purchased during the event applicatoin period cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer after the closing time for application.
(Cancellation is only possible for request by 23:59 on Oct.15(KST), and cancellations or refunds are not allowed after the application period(KST). Also, if you cancel, you will not be eligible for the application, so please kindly note it before you purchase.)
2. You can apply for this event in duplicate, but you cannot win a duplicate. You can apply for a proxy, but you can never participate in the Meet & Call signing event if you are a proxy. Only the winner can participate in the Meet & Call signing event.
3. After the announcement of the winners, changing the real name, contact information, and Meet & Call channel ID of the applicants through the customer center is not possible. Please make sure that you have entered your real name, contact number for phone calls and SMS when you apply for the event and order.
4. Personal information is collected and provided as shown below to confirm duplicate wins and to proceed with the event.
