It is not possible to cancel or change the quantity on the website, and please leave any questions about cancellation of your order through MAKESTAR 1:1 inquiry on the website.
It may take 3 to 5 business days to get a refund.
Q. I can't make a payment.
A.
MAKESTAR is optimized for Chrome.
Please leave a message at 1:1 inquiry if there is a continuous error after trying to pay with Chrome.
When you send an inquiry, please capture the error screen and send it to us so that we can check it faster.
Q. What's the StarMaker name?
A.
StarMaker name is the name used for the naming event (ex. signed album) and can be modified freely for each order
(KOR/ENG available only, except for special characters).
Depending on theproject, the StarMaker name may not be used.
Please kindly check the project page for more details.
Q. Exchangeable standard for photo card defects (including hologram photo cards)
A.
- In case obvious damage to the surface is observed, such as severe scratches or being peeled off
- If there is a depth gap that prevents viewing of the image from any angle
*Please kindly understand that the living scratches or oblique lines, light pressure, bending generated by the process on surface coating paper are not included in the items that can be exchanged.
Q. I don't want to receive the albums/components that I purchased, or I'd like to receive only part of them.
A.
We are not receiving any inquiries regarding refusing receipt of the album or components.
It will be shipped according to the quantity of album you purchased, and it will not be reflected even if you write in your comments that you will not receive the album.
Q. When will it be delivered?
A.
After the project is finished, the quantity will be confirmed and the production of the MAKESTAR Special (such as an unreleased photo card) will begin.

Delivery schedules may vary somewhat depending on the production period and circumstances
Q. Can you ship it together?
A.
It is not possible to ship together with the system where shipping charges are charged for each order.
You have to cancel the existing order and order 1 new order in total.
After canceling the existing order, you have to add the quantity to new order and place an order.
(NOT POSSIBLE to ship together for other sets.)

Q. I'd like to change my shipping address.
A.
You can modify the orderer name, e-mail address, contact number, address (country can't be modified),
and comment column in [Login > Payment details > Click Participation Number > Modify Shipping Information] by the end date of the project.
If you want to change the shipping address after the project is finished, please kindly check whether you can change it by 1:1 inquiry.
Q. How do I check the tracking number?
A.
You can check the tracking number at [Login > Payment History > Participation Number > Delivery Status].
If it's still N/A, it's not released yet, so please kindly wait a little longer.
Q. There is an error in entering the address if I select DHL.
A.
When entering the address for DHL shipment, you must enter it in English only. For special characters, only - and _ can be entered. (No finishing mark, and no commas)
Also, if you select DHL, you must also fill out the full name of the orderer in English.
If the orderer name is entered with a partial or nickname other than the full name, this may be the reason for the DHL shipping hold.
