and if you cannot refund it yourself, please send a 1:1 inquiry.
It may take up to 3~5 business days for the refund.
(After the application period is over, you cannot make any changes to your order, and cancellations or refunds cannot be processed.)
Q. I can't make a payment.
MAKESTAR is optimized for Chrome.

Q. What's the StarMaker name?
StarMaker name is the name that will be used for the StarMaker certificate and a personalized event
(ex. autographed album). You may only enter Korean and English (within 5 Korean characters and 10 English characters, excluding special characters).
Depending on the project, the StarMaker name may not be used.
Please note that the StarMaker name may not be changed after the project ends under any circumstances.

Q. Photocard defect exchange standards (Including album inclusion and holographic photocards)
Defects that may occur in the manufacturing process, fine scratches, light presses, and folds identifiable by light cannot be exchanged or returned.
Only cases in which dents or stains caused on the artist's face can qualify for an exchange, and it is difficult to resend them when the inventory runs out.
Q. I don't want to receive the albums/components that I purchased, or I'd like to receive only part of them.
We are not receiving any inquiries regarding refusing receipt of the album or components.
It will be shipped according to the quantity of album you purchased, and it will not be reflected even if you write in your comments that you will not receive the album.
Q. When will it be delivered?
After the project is finished, the quantity will be confirmed and the production of the MAKESTAR Special (such as an unreleased photo card) will begin.

Q. Can you ship it together?
It is not possible to ship together with the system where shipping charges are charged for each order.
You have to cancel the existing order and order 1 new order in total.
After canceling the existing order, you have to add the quantity to new order and place an order.
(NOT POSSIBLE to ship together for other sets.)

Q. I'd like to change my shipping address.
Until the project deadline, you may change your shipping recipient name, email address, phone number, address (EXCEPT country) and notes by [Login > Payment History > Click on Pledge No. > Change shipping information].
After the project closes, all shipping information information are extracted right away, so please kindly understand that it is difficult to make any changes.
Q. How do I check the tracking number?
You can check the tracking number at [Login > Payment History > Participation Number > Delivery Status].
If it's still N/A, it's not released yet, so please kindly wait a little longer.
Q. There is an error in entering the address if I select DHL.
When entering the address for DHL shipment, you must enter it in English only. For special characters, only - and _ can be entered. (No finishing mark, and no commas)
Also, if you select DHL, you must also fill out the full name of the orderer in English.
If the orderer name is entered with a partial or nickname other than the full name, this may be the reason for the DHL shipping hold.
