3. Only the winner can participate in the video call signing event. You cannot change the contact information or information after applying. 4. When entering applicant's information, please enter information for one person per order. If more than one person's information enters, only one person can be selected and accepted. The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying these precautions.

◆ Precautions for Event Progress
1. The event will be conducted with the video call channel ID in the information you provided. (Messenger and ID cannot be changed after applying)
- Event progress may be restricted if the channel ID you submitted and the applicant's mobile phone number do not match.
2. The artist and winners will have a video call event, and the video call will end after the appointed time . (1 minutes per member)
3. We will send you a message confirming the event days before the event and on the day of the event. Please make sure to reply to the request message for checking information and adding friend.
4. If we try to connect more than twice in your order during the video call. If you are not connected to the additional contact, you will not be able to participate in the event.
5. When the winner does not terminate the video call himself/herself, it may be forcefully terminated by the staff.
6. Please refrain from asking personal questions and asking too much to the artist during the event. In the event of abusive language, criticism and inappropriate behavior, the call connection may be forcibly terminated by the on-site staff's judgment.
7. Please refrain from sending or inquiring to the host for a smooth event progress. (Participation in the event is restricted if you call us or send inquires)
8. ID verification will be carried out before the event begins. Please prepare your ID card in advance when you participate in the event.
* If the winner's identity is not confirmed due to not presenting an ID and such, please note that the winner will not be allowed to participate in the event.
* It cannot be verified by any other ID cards than the ID card below, and can only be verified by a physical ID with a photo attached. (NO photos, scan images, etc.)

◆ Precautions for face-to-face fan signing event
* This event is a face-to-face fan signing event held in Korea. Please kindly apply only if you can participate in the event site.
* For winners, 1 album (which will be provided on the day of face-to-face event) will be excluded from the parcel shipment.
1. ID verification will be carried out before the event begins.. Please prepare your ID card in advance when you participate in the event.
* If the winner's identity is not confirmed due to not presenting an ID and such, please note that the winner will not be allowed to participate in the event.
* We can't check your ID by any means other than the identification cards below and we can only check it with the physical ID card with your photo attached. (We can't check it with the photo of ID card, scanned image, copy of your residence register, or an abstract of the census register.)
- Korean (Minors above 14 years old): Middle/high school student ID card, passport, national accreditation certificate with your date of birth marked
- Koreans (adult): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport

2. We will check the winners and give the number ticket 30 minutes before the event starting time. (Seats will be arranged by a raffle on-site.)
3. Please enter and sit on your seat before the event start. Seat movement is strictly restricted after admission. You may be forced to leave if you change your position, move or change your seat.
4. Proxy purchasing is permitted. However, only the person who applied for the event can participate in the fan signing event. If borrowing another person's name to attend the fan signing is caught, immediate measures will be taken, including removal from the event, and both lender and borrower of the name may be excluded from all future events of the artist.
5. You are not allowed to stand up from your designated seat or move to another seat during the fan signing event.
6. We do not allow recording and shooting equipments, including cameras, recorders, cell phones, and smartwatches, when receiving signatures. If caught, the winning may be canceled or you may have to leave depending on the site situation.
- When it's your turn to get autographs, please leave all electronics such as cameras, cell phones, earphones, etc. at your seat to prevent misunderstanding.
- If you are caught with any electronic devices that can be used for video/audio recording, you may not receive autographs. Please note in advance that all data will be deleted immediately and you will be asked to leave the venue.
- We are not responsible for any damages caused to the device that may be caused during the confiscation of the device and deleting data.
7. Flash, AF auxiliary light, and strobe light are prohibited when taking pictures.
8. sticks and tripods can only be used in your seat. If it causes inconvenience to other participants due to its height, we can ask you to stop using it.
9. Live streaming through SNS or other platforms is prohibited during the event, and anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave.
10. You can only receive autographs inside the album and only one album can be used per person.
- Only Korean and English names can be ued for the name Post-it. If the name is not written or is written in any other language than Korean or English, the staff may ask for revision.
- Before the event, please mark the pages of each member on which you would like to get autographs.
- You may not request additional autographs on any other places than the album, such as personal belongings, extra paper, photocards, posters, and cell phone cases.
- Please carefully note that if you bring your personal belongings other than your album, they may be collected by the onsite staff.
11. You may attach post-its to the autographed album. You may ask one multiple-choice question per member.
- Onsite staff will check the post-its while you are waiting, and if the questions are deemed inappropriate, the post-its may be collected or you may be asked to revise the question.
- You may write up to 5 answer choices for the multiple-choice questions, and subjective questions are prohibited.
- If you request additional answers or drawings or if you make unreasonable requests, you may be restrained by the onsite staff.
- You may not ask any personal questions or questions about false facts.
12. Gifts and letters can be delivered to artists, but only through the staffs, not directly to the artists.
: All other headbands, hats or accessories may also be given to the event STAFF, but they will not be returned after it is used
13. Please understand that drawing directly on the skin, attaching stickers, and any form of physical contact or touch are not allowed.
14. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited before and during the fan signing event. Entry may be restricted if you are under the influence of alcohol, and if consuming alcohol is detected during the event, you may be forcibly removed.
15. If you leave the venue without permission, you cannot re-enter the venue.
16. In addition to the above information, the staff may restrict you if you are deemed to be excessively interfering with the progress of the event, and we may secure video and voice recording data.
17. We are not responsible for the situation caused by an inadequate understanding of the notice, so please be sure to read the notice so that you do not receive any disadvantages.

[Precautions for Prevention of COVID-19 in the Signing Event Hall]
1) All attendees recommended to wear face masks
: After entering the event venue(lobby, seating area), all attendees are recommended to wear face masks.

: Food and beverage are not allowed in the event venut (lobby, audience seats, etc.).
2) Maintaining cleanliness by using hand sanitizer and washing your hands

◆ Precautions for all purchasers
– The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying the following precautions.
1. Products purchased during the event applicatoin period cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer after the closing time for application.(Cancellation is only possible for request by 23:59 on Jun.04 (KST), and cancellations or refunds are not allowed after the application period(KST). Also, if you cancel, you will not be eligible for the application, so please kindly note it before you purchase.)
2. You can apply for this event in duplicate, but you cannot win a duplicate. You can apply for a proxy, but you can never participate in the video call signing event if you are a proxy. Only the winner can participate in the video call signing event.
3. After the announcement of the winners, changing the real name, contact information, and video call channel ID of the applicants through the customer center is not possible. Please make sure that you have entered your real name, contact number for phone calls and SMS when you apply for the event and order.
4. Personal information is collected and provided as shown below to confirm duplicate wins and to proceed with the event.
