◆ How to apply
- The winners who purchase Apink 10th Mini Album [SELF] on the project page will be drawn.
👉 Part 1: Video Call Event (10 winners per member, 50 winners in total)
* As for the Part 1 Video Call Event, duplicate entires for each member and duplicate winnings are possible. (Only one participation is accepted if you win duplicate within the same member)
* The name on the album is based on the name of the StarMaker name you wrote when you purchased it. (KOR/ENG available only, within 5 characters in Korean, within 10 characters in English) It won't be applied even if you request modifiers, pictures, symbols, p.s., etc. using parentheses or the way you fill out requests when entering your StarMaker name. StarMaker name may not be changed after the project closes under any circumstances, and if you provide a StarMaker name that does not match the format, it will be replace with your real name.

* Duplicate entries and duplicate winnings for Part 1 and Part 2 are possible.
* The number of applying is not related to the number of your orders and you can apply for the total number of albums you have purchased in this project.

◆ Caution for Event Application
*As for foreign residents and proxy applicants, please include the country code of contact information (e-mail, phone number) with you rather than the shipping agent or proxy applicant's (or other's) contact information. We shall not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by other contact information.
1. Please make sure to fill out in the order information with the real name oftheapplicant and the email address of the applicant. (For foreigners, write it in English based on passport and include the country code in the contact information.)
2. Please note in advance that this event will be submitted based on the your Event application information(applicant name/mobile phone number/messenger&ID)you entered when you order, not on member information.
3. Only the winner can participate in the video call signing event. You cannot change the contact information or information after applying. Please make sure to enter the correct information when applying or ordering. (Nickname, etc. are not allowed. Please apply and participate with your real name.)
4. When entering applicant's information, please enter information for one person per order. If more than one person's information enters, only one person can be selected and accepted. The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying these precautions.
5. If you select KakaoTalk channel, please enter a searchable and registered KakaoTalk ID in the ID box,*not your email address*.
6. Please make sure that the ID you are applying for is set to Allow. We are not responsible for any problems that occur if you do not allow to add friends or cannot register with the messenger information you provided.
◆ Precautions during the Video Call
1. The event will be conducted with the video call channel ID in the information you provided. (Messenger and ID cannot be changed after applying)
- Event progress may be restricted if the channel ID you submitted and the applicant's mobile phone number do not match.
2. Members and winners will have a 1:1 Video Call Event , and the video call will end after the appointed time.
3. We will send you a message confirming the event 1 day before the event and on the day of the event. Please make sure to reply to the request message for checking information and adding friend.
4. If you don't receive video calls more than 2 times in your order, or if you refuse or terminate without permission, you will be deemed unable to participate in the video call and will not be able to proceed further.
5. When the winner does not terminate the video call himself/herself, it may be forcefully terminated by the staff.
6. Please refrain from asking personal questions and asking too much to the artist during the event. In the event of abusive language, criticism and inappropriate behavior, the call connection may be forcibly terminated by the on-site staff's judgment.
7. Please refrain from sending or inquiring to the host for a smooth event progress. (Participation in the event is restricted if you call us or send inquires)
8. The identification process may be carried out before the event begins. Please prepare your ID card in advance when you participate in the event.
* It cannot be verified by any other ID cards than the ID card below, and can only be verified by a physical ID with a photo attached. (NO photos, scan images, etc.)
- Korean: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport, and youth card (student card is accepted only by minors in Korea, and other winners cannot be verified except for the ID cards mentioned)
- Foreigner: Passport or alien registration card only
9. Only the winner can participate in this event, and if we are connected to someone other than you, or if two or more other than you participate, you may be forced to terminate the call.

11. You cannot specify the version of the CD to be signed, and it will be selected randomly among the CDs you purchased.
◆ Precautions for face-to-face fan signing event
* This event is a face-to-face fan signing event held in Korea. Please kindly apply only if you can participate in the event site.
* For winners, 1 album (which will be provided on the day of face-to-face event) will be excluded from the parcel shipment.
1. The identification process is carried out before entering. Please prepare your ID card in advance when you participate in the event.
* We can't check your ID by any means other than the identification cards below and we can only check it with the physical ID card with your photo attached. (We can't check it with the photo of ID card, scanned image, copy of your residence register, or an abstract of the census register.)
- Korean(Minors 14 years and up) : Middle/high school student ID, passport, government certified ID with date of birth
- Koreans (adult): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport
- Foreigner: Passport, alien registration card
2. We will check the winners and give the number ticket 30 minutes before the event starting time. (Seats will be arranged by a raffle on-site.)
3. Please be sure to sit at your number before the signing event starts. The movement and departure of seats after entry are strictly restricted. If you change or move seats, you may be kicked out. If you leave your seat continuously after the signing event starts, there will be difficulties in proceeding with the signing event (confusion of sequence, the time of rent hall, etc.). Please go back to your seat before and after receiving the autograph and wait until the end. If it is repeated more than 3 times, you will be considered intentional and will be warned.
4. You can buy it by proxy. However, only the person who applied for the signing event can participate. If you transfer the ticket for the signing event, you will have to leave from the site and will be excluded from all events of the artist.
5. As the social distancing regulations have been lifted, acrylic panels will not be installed.
* You can give gifts to the artist through the onsite staff.
6. We do not allow recording and shooting equipments, including cameras, recorders, cell phones, and smartwatches, when receiving signatures. If caught, the winning may be canceled or you may have to leave depending on the site situation.The fan signing event prohibits SNS live broadcasting (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, African TV, etc.). If caught, you will be sent out.
7. Tripods cannot be installed in the hallway where people pass by. When installing a tripod for camera shooting, please install it only in front of your seat, and install the tripod height only to the height of your head so that it doesn't cause any inconvenience to others.
8. You may only receive autograph in a [SELF] album, and one album from your order will be provided at the venue.
9. Inside the album, you may only attach post-its to mark each member’s pages and post-its with [TO.] and your name. The name that can be signed is based on the same name provided on the ID card, and only Korean/English can be used. Attaching post-its with other questions apart from names is not allowed.
10. If you leave the venue without permission, you cannot re-enter the venue.
11. Shouts and conversations are not allowed while seated or waiting for an autograph in the venue. If you take off your mask during the fan signing event, you will be sent out immediately.
12. If you drink alcohol, you can be banned from entering.
13. This signing event may be partially changed or canceled without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the host company.
14. We are not responsible for the situation caused by an inadequate understanding of the notice, so please be sure to read the notice so that you do not receive any disadvantages.

[Precautions for Prevention of COVID-19 in the Signing Event Hall]
1) All visitors must wear KF94 masks
: It is mandatory for everyone to wear a mask after entering the venue (lobby, audience seats).
: You cannot enter if you are not wearing a KF94 mask.
: Food and beverage are not allowed in the event venut (lobby, audience seats, etc.).
2) Maintaining cleanliness by using hand sanitizer and washing your hands
: In addition to using hand sanitizer located throughout the event hall, wash your hands thoroughly under running water for at least 30 seconds.

◆ Precautions for all purchasers
– The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying the following precautions.
1. Products purchased during the event applicatoin period cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer after the closing time for application. (Cancellation is only possible for request by 23:59 on Apr.20 (KST), and cancellations or refunds are not allowed after the application period. Also, if you cancel, you will not be eligible for the application, so please kindly note it before you purchase.)
2.This event is open to both applications and winnings. You can apply for a proxy, but you can never participate in the video call signing event if you are a proxy. Only the winner can participate in the video call signing event. (Only one person can participate in the same member.)
3. After the announcement of the winners, changing the real name, contact information, and video call channel ID of the applicants through the customer center is not possible. Please make sure that you have entered your real name, contact number for phone calls and SMS when you apply for the event and order.
4. Personal information is collected and provided as shown below to confirm duplicate wins and to proceed with the event.
- Collections: Name, Contact number, Date of birth, ID per channel for Event
- Collection Purpose: To identify winners of <Apink 10th Mini Album [SELF] Last Meet&Call Event> and to proceed with the event
- Persons who receive personal information: MAKESTAR, IST ENTERTAINMENT
- Personal information retention period and utilization period: Destroy within 7 days after the end of the event
5. This event may be changed or cancelled without prior notice, depending on the host's situation.
